Program Management

Each Customer project is assigned a specific Program Manager as a primary contact. Our program managers are here to assist our customers and make sure quality and service expectations are exceeded. At Sharp we support our customer needs from the initial quote, through design reviews, Data management, GD&T interpretation, final inspection and on time shipment. We suggest design and construction options to support cost savings. Our program managers are here to provide engineering and timing to meet our customer requirements.
